From 9-18 June 2011 Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh, TVO’s CEO and Mr Phan Quang Minh, Tinhvan Group’s Deputy CEO for Communications attended Vietnam – USA ICT Dialogue in San Francisco and Washington D.C. This visit was organized by the Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) and Vietnam Association for Information Processing (VAIP).
