1.1. Job Description
Position: Marketing Manager for a 500-employee, leading Technology Outsourcing Company, based in Hanoi, Vietnam Focus on USA, Germany and Japan
Reports to: Managing Director, Tinhvan Outsourcing (TVO), Tinhvan Group
Direct Reports: Currently there are 04 reports; however it is possible to hire more resources if requiredPosition Brief
TVO is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to work on written materials throughout the organization. You will spend your time understanding what we do well and writing about that for internal documents, as well as online, on blogs, forums and through email responses.
The position is also expected for a candidate with management experiences, the team size could be from 2 to 6 headcounts. The final deliverables of the position will be a strong pipeline of potential customers for TVO’s service offerings.
Key Responsibility Areas
Help to redevelop the website for TVO progressively
Update TVO website daily, and ensure its SEO and page rankings for Google
Administer Google Adwords and responses from Adwords campaign
Look for Blogs that can have comments from TVO, develop the TVO online personality.
Update Forum daily or twice daily to ensure all people who contribute have comments back
Look for speaking engagements for Sales Manager within Việt Nam or overseas conferences
Collect and organize case studies and project notes from TVO and Tinhvan.
Maintain CRM system
Plan direct marketing campaigns to CRM system.
Plan and help write TVO Blog for overseas markets.
Plan and execute email campaign using registered readers from TVO website plus TVO Blog
Help produce winning presentations and proposals, add the appropriate graphics
Knowledge and Skills
Member of some relevant industry bodies. Minimum of 2 year of lead generation, marketing online experience. Self Motivated and Hard Working. Excellent marketing skills. Graphic Design skills - optional. A relevant bachelor’s degree (higher levels of education/overseas degrees expected) Management skill is a must1.2. Yearly Package
* Gross Salary: 500 to 800 USD/month, depending on experiences and proven previous results.
* Bonuses: Ad-hoc and yearly bonuses vary depend on achievements, could be from 2 to 5 months of gross salary.
* 2-month probation required. 6-month evaluation. Consideration to be key employee after 06 months for other benefits such as position promoted and stock option.
