Position: Presales Manager for a 500-employee, leading Technology Outsourcing Company, based in Hanoi, Vietnam.Reports to: Managing Director, Tinhvan Outsourcing (TVO), Tinhvan Group
Job Description:
- Support company director of communications with potential customers. - Construction presentation of records on the qualifications, experience, technology skills .... of organization, project or individual customer request - Working directly with clients on project requirements, resource requirements, technical solutions, implementation plans and results of hand ... - Work and coordinate with project team on product requirements, technical solutions, schedules .... for projects approved. - Support the project team to exchange information with customers during project execution.
Requirement:- Graduated from the University: Engineering, Information Technology, Economics ... - At least 5 years experience in software development and 3 years experience as a Project Manager / Team Leader / System Architecture, preferably someone with experience (1-2 years) as a Presales Developer / Manager. - Ability to build and protect the solution of the project, project estimates, project planning - Experience of project development model (Software Life Cycle Models) Waterfall, iterative, Scrum, XP, RUP ... - Experience of software development methods (SADT, OOAD) - Understanding of quality management system ISO 9001:2008, CMMi, ISMS - Give priority to those with experience of working with foreign clients - Fluent in English.
1.2. Yearly Package
* Gross Salary: 400 to 600 USD/month, depending on experiences and proven previous results. * Bonuses: Ad-hoc and yearly bonuses vary depend on achievements, could be from 2 to 5 months of gross salary. * 2-month probation required. 6-month evaluation. Consideration to be key employee after 06 months for other benefits such as position promoted and stock option.
