Project Purpose: eTools is an online application designed to help users create, order and manage all marketing and print needs.

-        eTools-User Administrator: is  customized not only to match the look and feel of users' marketing standards, but also to fit within their workflow to facilitate the order and management of marketing and print items. User will have the flexibility to match their current business process workflow with eTools to manage users, items, orders, and inventory. eTools needs to provide the ability for administrators from myprint or the client to add a user, disable/enable a user, or edit user information.  The basic functionality for updating user information will include the ability to search for a user using defined criteria, the ability to “drill down” on a specific existing user, and the ability to make changes to the existing information (both basic information and advanced information).

-       eTools-Catalogue: is a module of eTools Application that builds an administration web module to manage product catalog database within eTool  system such as product category, product detail, price, vendor, customer...

-       eTools-Segment&Tier: Goal of this application is developing new functions and refactoring exist functions of eTool - User Administrator to support maintaining and using segment and tier information for an organization. The new functionality will be used to maintain some of the user attributes associated with the users related to an organization.  The segment and tier information will also be used in the order process for reporting and other uses may be introduced in the future.

-       eTools-GADO (eTools Great American Dine Out): is an application that used by restaurants participating in the Great American Dine Out charitable event.  Restaurants use the application to order marketing materials they will use to promote the event in their restaurants. The application used for two types of users: Those who orders for a single location and those who orders for multiple locations with a single interaction with the application.  Users ordering for multiple locations will upload a spreadsheet with the list of addresses. The application provides the user interface for collecting the required information and interfaces, through a web service, with ETools 3.0 to create an ETools order.
